| While on Holiday in USA our host Wendell Driver took us down to Destin Florida.
We were about an hours drive away from Naval Air Station Pensacola, & we going to visit the IMAX cinema in the Navy Museum but found out that the Blue Angels did a Practice Display on Tuesday & Wednesday mornings at 08.30am so we went on the Wednesday as the pilots come into the museum on Wednesday's to meet the public. The temperature that day at 08.30am was 108F which was too hot for me but i wanted photo's so i braved it out & it paid off for me. Here are a few of many that i took that morning. There was broken cloud over the airfield at the time of the practice. The photo's of the inside of the museum of the pilots meeting the public were taken by my good friend Jeff Molohon & used with his kind permission. |
